Wanda SG I have recently started to freeze bread...just microwave it before eating...and it taste good as new. Also saved up to half a loaf per week.
fudgester SG *me mysteriously appears in a puff of smoke* Gonna report to my prof soon regarding my progress on my FYP (which has been kinda slow). In other news, I can't help but laugh at how the Malaysians are putting in so much fuss into sending some dude to space. Not that it's my place to tell them how to spend their money.... but surely it would be far better spent on more pressing concerns such as corruption and poverty.
Fatum SG I'm not going to say anything about stolen oreos and toilet paper .... cos there may be some guardsmen around .... but then again ... thinking back ... it's almost criminal how much food the SAF cookhouses wastes every day ... there were enough burger patties for a company in the trash bin ...
honeymouse SG That's the only way to do it for us as we usually buy a few loaves at one time. Can't be bothered to go to the shop just for a loaf of bread at mid-week. Also, a loaf of bread is quite expensive in Oz (about $4.50) so we always try to buy them when they are on special (2 for $5 or sometimes $3.50 each).
Fatum SG that's precisely what's wrong with their country .... face matters more than substance to them .... and they think they can buy progress by simply pumping in money without developing the system to sustain them .... my money says the IDR will flop big time too ....
fudgester SG Well, I'm just glad that we're not dumb enough to spend taxpayers' money on this sort of thing. But we come pretty close though.... does anyone remember how $400,000 was spent on determining that Marina Bay should be named Marina Bay after all?
elindra SG Think about it this way I don't care if they anyhow spend their money and have lots of flops I rather they continue with their expensive failures Coz we will be so screwed if they clean up their act
Wanda SG Why u scared to eat food from the altar? If I am poor and needy, I would not mind eating fruits taken from the altar too.
